Eating the right foods

Stay away from stress: Stress causes a chemical reaction in your body which has a negative effect on your health. This change is visible on your entire body, including your hair, which can be thin or fall under stress. Stay stress-free and bless your health and your hair. Consider relaxing at the end of your day. Simple exercise, massage, and aroma-therapy are good ways to reduce stress and this will improve your hair health.

Do not dry the hair with towels: When the hair is wet, it is delicate, drying the hair with rough towels can cause hair damage. Drying wet hair with towels can dry the cuticle (outer layer of hair), causing the hair to break down more and become ringed or hairy. Instead of rubbing and wiping hair with towels, wrap wet hair in towels and soak up excess water.

Apply a hair mask: Apply a hair mask at least once a month to provide deep conditioning to the hair and make the hair more soft and silky.
